Point and Circle

Welcome

When we are young, we want to change the world; when we get older, we realise that we should start with ourselves. But change is only possible through movement. And if the movement is to be life-supporting, then it will certainly be rhythmic.

The word eurythmy comes from the Greek and means ‘beautiful rhythm’.

Eurythmy has fundamentally changed my life and probably me too.

Eurythmy is the centre of my life...

And around me...

Rudolf-Stiener-Lebenstationen-Weimar

I first encountered Rudolf Steiner's ideas at the age of 21 at the university in Madrid, Spain, where I was born. More than an encounter, it was a recognition. The Vedas

Im Kloster

The Vedic culture with its ancient tradition of the oral transmission of spiritual knowledge has fascinated me and taken me to India several times. There, it is still preserved in monasteries and protected as part of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

The world of plants is my latest passion. Through my work on a project about Goetheanism, I was able to immerse myself in the fascinating world of plants and be amazed.

The word ‘mantra’ comes from Sanskrit. The root ‘man’ means ‘to think’. A mantra is a tool for thinking. I also see the task of meditation in this sense. It trains our thinking and strengthens our attention and presence of mind.

Philosophie

Philosophy

Freiheit

True ‘philosophy’, which pursues the ‘love of wisdom’ as its goal, makes our thinking free and our thoughts humanly universal.

For me, ‘In the beginning was the Word’ is not just the beginning of the Gospel of John, but an existential truth.

Curative Eurythmy

Eurythmy therapy is the constant in my life. The work with the children, which is done individually, and the collaboration with Dr Andreas Zinser, paediatrician in Vaihingen an der Enz for 30 years, have enriched and fulfilled my life.
