Curative Eurythmy

Healing through movement, is that possible?

Everyone knows how beneficial movement can be, how wonderful it is when everything stays ‘in flow’. But can it really heal?

As soon as we are born, we feel the urge to move and set enormous forces in motion, unwaveringly and without letting ourselves become discouraged if we don't succeed the first time or the second. Movement sets our own development in motion.

Movement is also a universal language that can be understood without words.

It connects people in dance, allows us to express our innermost being and allows us to learn through the flexibility of our thinking.

It is a wonderful way to reach every person, to help them progress through their own actions, to release blockages, to acquire skills, whatever their age and whatever their problem.

The word ‘eurythmy’ comes from the Greek and means ‘beautiful, harmonious rhythm’, thus combining movement with the healing power of rhythm and enabling development and healing processes.

After 35 years of experience, I am deeply convinced of the possibilities opened up by eurythmy therapy. I am a qualified eurythmy therapist, a member of the Professional Association of Eurythmy Therapy and a recognised therapist of Anthromed: Network of Anthroposophic Medicine.

Vaisana

The work with Dr Andreas Zinser - paediatrician in Vaisana/Vaihingen an der Enz-Flyer, began more than 30 years ago.

Since then we have been able to accompany and support hundreds of children therapeutically with the help of eurythmy therapy.

Our flyer describes the therapy concept that we have developed together.

Ernst-Zimmer Haus

My work at Ernst Zimmer Haus begann on the beginning of 2023.

This center is for people with dementia and movement is essential and an excellent way to reach them.

Studio in Öschelbronn

The studio in Öschelbronn was created over the course of 2021.

First as an idea and initiative, then as a place of encounter and therapeutical support.

We are currently six therapists who offer various forms of therapy.
